Built-In Accuracy
Precision is built into every stage of our process. Our Hedelius machines are equipped with integrated measuring probes that verify component geometry on-machine during and after machining, catching deviation before it becomes scrap.
All finished components are verified in our clean, temperature-controlled CMM inspection room using Hexagon’s Global S coordinate measuring machine, which measures to sub-micron accuracy. This gives our customers complete confidence in every component that leaves our facility.
